Thoughts

Together we stand, united in our grief, For a mother who brought us joy beyond belief. As the eldest son, I carry memories near, Of your guidance, your love, your wisdom so clear. With my beloved by my side, we share this solemn vow, To honor you, dear mother, in all we do now. Your presence in our lives, a beacon shining bright, In every choice we make, in every silent night. Your kindness and your laughter, your unwavering grace, Have left an imprint in our hearts, a warm, eternal trace. In every smile we share, in every tear we weep, Your legacy of love, in our souls, we'll keep. Though you've moved beyond to realms of peace and light, Your spirit remains with us, in every dawn's new light. Rest gently now, dear mother, your journey's complete, In our hearts and memories, forever you’ll meet. We'll walk this path together, in your footsteps trod, With gratitude and love, under the watchful eye of God. Your teachings and your warmth, your courage and your care, Will guide us as we honor you, in every moment, everywhere.

I am I and you are you, whatever we were to each other that we still are. Speak to me in the easy way which you always used. Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight? Life means all that it ever meant, it is the same as it ever was.
